Owner Inspection and Responsibility: As the pet owner or caretaker, you assume full and exclusive responsibility for determining whether a product is appropriate, safe, and correctly fitted for your specific pet. You must inspect all products for wear, tear, damage, loose parts, or fraying prior to each use. If any part becomes damaged or detached, cease use immediately and dispose of the item.
Ingestion, Chewing, and Choking Hazards: No pet item or toy is completely indestructible. Pets may chew, dismantle, or swallow components, fabrics, buckles, or decorations. PPETPAW disclaims all liability for any choking incidents, foreign body ingestion, intestinal obstructions, physical injury, illness, or veterinary costs resulting from a pet chewing, tearing, swallowing, or misusing any product.
Material Sensitivities and Allergies: You are solely responsible for ensuring your pet is not allergic or sensitive to the fabrics, hardware, synthetic materials, or dyes used in our items. PPETPAW is not liable for skin irritations, allergic reactions, dermatitis, or hair loss.
Voluntary Assumption of Risk: By purchasing and using PPETPAW products, you knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks of property damage, injury to any human, and injury, illness, or loss of life of any animal.

WHERE LAWS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN LIABILITIES, PPETPAW'S TOTAL COMBINED LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO ANY PURCHASE SHALL BE STRICTLY LIMITED TO THE ACTUAL PURCHASE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC ITEM GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
